  • X-Crash Analysis System for Vehicle Safety Tests

This system works with global vehicle safety performance tests. Updates include the latest legal information, leveraging measX (Germany)’s decades of expertise in measurement analysis and vehicle safety, with latest standards through annual leases.

  • Multi-segment Barrier Load Analysis Software

This performs analysis processing of barrier load data recorded from full-wrap rigid barrier crash tests using multi-segment barriers. A crash test measurement system (DIS Series) is used to record barrier load data, which is transmitted to a PC to perform analysis processing.

  • Crash Testing Analysis Software

This software can perform analysis processing and output results based on laws/regulations and crash test standards such as NCAP, using crash test data recorded by a crash test measurement system (DIS Series)

Crash Testing Analysis Software

Dummy data calculations and programmed processing patterns are options sold separately from systems.
Options can be selected and added at the time of initial deployment or as needed thereafter.
In addition, we also produce processing patterns in accordance with customer needs.

Processing/Calculation
Apply a digital filter (CFC1000・CFC600・CFC180・CFC60 that complies with the SAE-J211), calculate injury values (HIC, Nij, 3ms, VC, TI, duration, etc.), invert polarity, convert units, perform arithmetic operations between channels, integrate and differentiate, calculate statistics, remove bias.
