Linear Storage Module
MCE-530/EV stores pieces according to the type of material they are made of.
Pieces are conveyed by a trolley moving along an axis and stopping to fill the slides according to the tests carried out in the previous stations. A cylinder ejects the piece into the appropriate slide. The condition of ‘full store’ and the position of the trolley are identified by industrial sensors
MCE-530/EV can be fully controlled using a PLC module or an Arduino microprocessor. Thanks to the PLC or Arduino programming software, a wide range of exercises regarding the automation of the module in a working cycle or in stand-alone mode can be developed.
